No jitters last night or today at all. Maybe things are evening out. Only thing is I don't feel any different or better yet for being on the cipralex. I'm ok, even keel for the most part but don't feel "alive".

POSSIBLE TRIGGER (hope Ive done this correct so its hidden)
So thinking this being on the AD by itself may not be such a good idea. Feeling mixed/depressed last few days.
Possible trigger:
