Can't sleep, a little hypomanic. Smell Bbq smoke then incence smoke. Not sure it is real or not.

I've smelled smoke before but usually when waking up. I have bolted out of bed thinking the house was on fire before realizing there was nothing there. It could be a hallucination but I personally wouldn't be concerned about it.

I agree with wildflowerchild25, don't worry about the smell. Those type of experiences are common even in the neurotypical. Of course if it gets worse or you have paranoid delusions surrounding them then talk to your pdoc.
The bigger concern is the lack of sleep and hypomania. Do all your self-care techniques, including PRN medications to get some sleep and slow down. Let us know how you go.
