I am in favor of allowing the final act if a clear and stable mind has reached that decision after much thought ... I believe it is our right as adults in a free society ... having said that he clearly was not in a "right" frame of mind ... and she (reguardless of her mental condition) ... did provoke and "push" him to complete something he clearly was not ready for ... Guilty yes ... the punishment or "treatment" I do not have enough info to say ... but mental illness plea is abused by many making it very hard for the really ill to get the help they need ... maybe someday it will be different ... the family is the loser ... at least she is still alive ... there son is not ... peace my friends ... Tigger .
