Work's been really stressful. I've already been overwhelmed between trying to find a new pdoc and making calls.

This morning I was a raging maniac. Now I'm sobbing on the floor. I've been stable 7 months now and I'm afraid all that's going down the drain. I don't know what to do.

Listen to peaceful music and take a nap...

Know that things are never so bad that you have to go cuckoo.
Get some rest and regroup

I'm sorry I hope it will pass soon. Yes self-soothing is good.

Sorry you're going through this. Do you think you may need a PRN med to get through this?
