Last week I felt good, was sleeping less. I felt like in my head, "This is what normal feels like." But yesterday I did so much yardwork for six hours a day in hot weather that I went to the ER with dehydration. I even took the leafblower around the whole block and did all the sidewalks. I barely slept last night but all my dreams were me yelling at people I know and love. I woke up so angry at my dog for barking when it usually doesn't bother me. I have this weird feeling in my head like it's just overwhelmed, and I woke up at 11PM after taking my Seroquel thinking I could levitate. After and hour I realized this was a delusion. I am bipolar II but sometimes it seems like I'm bipolar I. Im taking my Seroquel, but the doctor wants to add lithium and cut the Zoloft and remeron cold turkey. That might not be pretty. It's like hypomania starts out fun, and then overwhelms me. ugh. Hopefully everything works out fine.

Wow ER with dehydration, I'm glad you're ok! It turns into anger for me too. Rage actually might be a better description. Doc may be removing zoloft cuz it's an antidepressant right? Those never end well for me. Lithium was good for awhile.
Hope the med change helps and you feel better soon. Hugs |

Hi
Wish you to get out of mania soon. When my manic comes I take only valproate, which slowly taper. And that time I also take sleeping pills. And doing soothing activities (walking, listening calming music and so on). |

Hope you get some help. That's a lot to do in hot weather, and not sleeping isn't helping either.
