I truly don't understand, I know I'm not sleeping which is the only thing that is normal to me (not slept in 7 days)

But now I can't control my sexual hormones, I can't tell if all the memories I'm having of me and my late partner are all true or if some are just my imagination interfering, I'm seeing; feeling; sensing and hearing things that others can't and are telling me are not real.

I know that others are talking about me and saying stuff that I feel is out of order. I'm getting heavily into reading my tarot cards again and know I'm great at it; I'm very strong reader. I'm reading several books at one time yet I don't lose the story line, but when it comes to watching things on my iPad I lose concentration very quickly.

There has been times of lost time, one minute I'm reading then the next I'm in the kitchen and have no idea what has happened in between for me to end up there. I feel anger and very agitated whenever I have to be near my eldest brother and then we end up having a massive argument yet I don't see why or how it happened. Feel like my only two friends and my family are trying to avoid me as much as possible, so I'm stuck home alone with no one at all to talk to except my 3 cats (did have four cats but one had to be put down just over a week ago). I feel euphoric and energised and get excited over nothing.

I right now don't care at all if I could pick up a woman out of the streets, have sex with her all night then for her to leave and for me to do it all again the next day (yet I don't believe in one night stands and can't have sex with any woman unless I feel the love flow between us) but right now I couldn't care how many women I slept with as long as they made me have a very hot and great time.

I just honestly don't know what the hell is wrong with me and feel I can't talk to anyone about this stuff that would truly understand

If you've not slept in 7 days, that may warrant a trip to the hospital. Have you called your pdoc?

Can you go to the hospital? Not sleeping for that long can have serious consequences, both mental and physical.

Please think about going to the ER. Seven days without sleep is dangerous. I hope you get some rest soon. Best wishes.

If you don't sleep for a days you will start to hallucinate, which was scary for me the first time it happened (but also kinda cool).

As it sounds like you have insomnia (and not a drug habit) I would definitely recommend a trip to the doctor so you don't end up like Tyler Durden.

I would give them another try or go to a different hospital. They will at least get you some sleep.

Did you get any sleep last night? I agree you should go to ER if you're not sleeping for so long. You seem manic, perhaps mixed. It can cause many severe symptoms both physically and mentally. Is there someone who can look after your cat? Stay safe.

I agree with our friends here.
Please seek help.

Can you get in to see someone at your primary care doc's office or at a walk-in clinic, if not the ER?

Take care!

Only place I can go is mental health clinic to see my care coordinator but by appointment only, last time I went to hospital my mum did look after my cats but my male cat still got stressed out (his very much a mama's baby boy who loves cuddles all the time). I honestly can't sleep at all no matter what I try, I've cut down my energy drink addiction, cut down on coffee, tried my antipsychotics; plus extra sleeping pills on top, hot chocolate, herbal tea, water but no chance. The 3 main things keeping me awake is feeling promiscuous all the time, my fibromyalgia or asthma. I phoned our hospital helpline and got told they won't do anything at hospital except keep an eye on me which they failed to do last time. I do have appointment with mental health clinic on Wednesday but my care coordinator can't do anything for me where medication and symptoms are concerned, she trying her hardest to get me into a psychic Doc but clinic is also failing on that line. Medication (Quetiapine ) is doing nothing at all for me and still wide awake when I take it.

What are your options for finding someone who can prescribe for you?

Do you have a Primary Care Physician?

The hospital nearest me has an affiliated walk-in clinic. Do you have one near you?

You are against going to the ER?

Stay safe!

No, only mental health clinic is available to us in the UK. As for ER yes I'm against going cause I have to also think of the effects on my cats.

Hospital won't give me any medication, last time I was in they said it has to be issued by psychic Doc they use at hospital who stated I should go home, come off Quetiapine and he'll contact mental health clinic but still no changes

I'm sorry it's so complicated. Has to be frustrating.

As for the ER, I was referring to an ER visit, not hospitalization.
Yet, you know what you can and cannot do.

I'm sorry you don't see any options to help yourself.

Stay safe!
