So I've been posting here a lot about my issues. I mentioned that I got my mom to listen to me and finally cal my pdoc.

If says for emergencies go to the ER but she got ahold of the secretary. Since it's an emergency they squeezed me in.

My question is what will happen? Will I get a new med and have to endure until it works? Or could he still send me to the hospital?

That's great news! The course of action is up to your psychiatrist. Knowing the things you have posted recently, my guess would be they'll give you meds and send you home.

I am glad your pdoc will see you. It's a move in the right direction.
You and he can talk about your options. If you prefer the hospital, tell him so and see how he responds.

If he sends you home, please ask him if he will be available for you should you need him.

You have suffered for a long time. It's time he helps you consistently, so you can clear up and stabilize.

I will be thinking of you.

I cannot go to the doctor unless I pack a note with me. If I don't cover all of the talking points I know we'll miss something and the appointment, to me, will be a waste.

Good luck with your appointment. I will be thinking of you. Just be totally honest and be yourself. Taking a pre written list of symptoms/issues is a great idea. Let us know how you go.

Probably so, or possibly at home trying to accommodate new meds?
Time will tell.
