 I do not have a pdoc, the pdoc I consulted said there was "no point" in talking.. I live in the uk.As I am also allergic to all the meds I've tried this leaves me with few options  Am I "attention seeking" for trying to stay alive,for requiring oxygen to breathe, I don't want to stay alive yet I do.. How do you stay alive when there are few or no treatment options I know about suicide, a good friend of mine ... and I tried to help them all I could I am "safe" - I tie myself into knots every day to stay "safe" .. to not "worry or bother anyone" And yet I've been told I'm a horrible selfish person. (Not by anyone on pc) I'm so bored of hearing it i could scream  (I have tried "hotlines" etc and have found these useless. In the uk)

My husband has been listening to the power of now. It is a way to tap into your center where spirituality exists.

The allergy med I told you works great for me, Xyzal, is now over-the-counter in the U.S. Have you tried it yet?
