I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Sometimes sleep really helps. If you aren't feeling better in the morning, please contact your pdoc and tdoc. I hope you feel better soon.

managed to get some sleep ...took two prns last night to help me sleep
got voices telling me things

Can you contact your pdoc? If it gets worse could you go to a mental health center or the ER?

Its the weekend and my psych dont give her number out i can call the mental health team but all they will do is tell me to have a cup of tea and a bath the mental health center will not do any thing and just send me home
i can go to a crisis house but my husband cant come with me because of the cats and the fact they dont let family stay there i want to be around my husband
am ok now listening to techno music and my husband is playing his games FALLOUT its ****ing werid it has mole rats in it and the look ****ing freaky as ****

You sound like you are safe right now with your husband there. That's good. If this doesn't clear up could your pdoc or tdoc see you on an emergency basis next week?
