I can't even explain what's going on with me. There's so much going on in my head and I'm starting to not care about anyone even though I do care about people. That's the problem. Does that even make any sense? I just feel so low right now.

It's common for me to start to feel apathetic too when I get overwhelmed and depressed. It makes sense that you care about others, but it's natural to get to a certain point where you just can't/don't want to deal with people when depressed. It's just a sign that taking care of yourself comes first, before being able to fully focus on anyone else's needs.

I'm sorry you're struggling. (((hugs)))

I don't have one as I don't have insurance at the moment. I can't see anyone professionally because I can't afford it.

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. I would think this is normal. With depression we tend to withdraw or isolate and we're in such pain that it's hard to care about others. Do you have a community health center or health department you could go to? Thinking of you.
