I am so sorry OS! How certain are you? What evidence do you have? Has he admitted the indiscretion?

No.
I found a postcard from her to him in China that he was saving in his cigar box.

He doesn't know I found out.
I probably won't tell him.
May cause BP to flare. Feeling manic.

Ok so besides a postcard, what else points to an affair? was there something on the postcard that pointed towards that? don't take it as i doubt what your saying, i just want to get more facts.

I once thought my husband was having an affair when I got manic....it wasn't true at all. I'm not saying that's what is happening here, just worried your state of mind could be effecting how you see things. Is that possible? Regardless I'm so sorry you are going through this....my heart goes out to you.

Your feelings on the subject are likely to change drastically several times while figuring out how to proceed. If you think it's best to remain silent for now, I support that.....but please do discuss it with your therapist and get some help navigating everything. It's best not to respond emotionally if you can help it but pretty hard not to. (((Hugs))). How are you feeling about it?

I'm a little wired.
I found some pot and smoked it.
That's what I was looking for when I found the postcard.

I'm not sure it makes a difference, but have you ever cheated on him?

I'm sorry you are going through this especially when you were already depressed. I hope your therapist can help you process this and you can work things out with your husband if need be. I wish you the best.
Thanks for this!

Oh wow... I'm so sorry this has happened. After 21 years-- Affair I know you must be feeling sad, mad, and frustrated (to name a few).
Is there any way you can approach him and talk about this? And also express what you're feeling? Your feelings matter. And they should be heard.

I am sorry to hear about this OS.
Just take some time to clear your thoughts there doesn't have to be a rush
to make any kind of decision, it's a lot to think through.
