I was under the impression the affair was 21 years ago. I'd have to confront my husband and depending on how that went move to separation. No matter how long you've been married you deserve to be his #1.

I'm a bit mixed up about this and perhaps a few details might help. Is this a marriage of 21 years of which an affair just occurred or a marriage in which an affair occurred 21 years ago?

Either way, I sympathise and am concerned.
