So I either have Schizoaffective bipolar type or a bad case of bipolar 1 with psychotic features. I'm still on my Geodon. However, I came off my lamictal a month ago. It takes 8-14 days to get out of system completely. I don't know what's going on. Prior to Lamictal I had 2 panic attacks every single day like clockwork one at 9:30am and then another at 5:30pm. Also, I had depression and mood swings but mostly in a mixed episode.

But the strange thing is is that now I'm off it and I feel the exact same off it as I did on it. I'm starting to lose my lamictal weight but that's the only difference. I'm still experiencing anhedonia, no panic attacks, no mood swings and I have to pee after every sip of liquid.

What's going on?
