I'm OK. Depressive episode, which is rare for me being type 1. Pdoc maxed my Lexapro and said I should be depressed right now due to life circumstances.

Anxiety is very high, but I went to T appt, at least. I'm paying out of pocket. I'm on SSDI and I've heard many times no goods Ts take Medicare. =\

I have the concentration to read, so that's a big plus.

My ED is back in full force. I got lectured by pdoc but we have bigger health issues, fortunately.

I'm cycling a lot. Much more than normal. My normal.

Good news, my SSDI review is closed.

Here's what's up: I have an adult daughter who is living with me. She doesn't do much, but she has been weeding the gardens in our yards. Every day she does an hour or two, and now all the gardens look beautiful. I am trying to learn a lesson from her. I get discouraged by big tasks and never can get myself started because the task is too daunting. I have a few big projects to do, and I am going to try to work on them an hour or two each day. I have been inspired. What's up with you?
