So yeah I'm currently super overwhelmed, shaking, and also pissed off and trying not to erupt and quit my job. Hiding in the bathroom. Also depressed. Can't really leave either. Very needed here this afternoon. Wtf it's just a typical busy Monday. Just had to vent a minute.

Sorry you're struggling

Is there anything we can do to make you feel better?

I've found that going out for a walk tends to help me. Can you do that? Sometimes I just walk around my company's parking lot
Thanks for this!

Do a reset after lunch. Believe the second half of the day is going to be better.

Yes, trying. Doing deep breathing in the bathroom.

Maybe I should really consider moving pdoc appt sooner.

Hugs to you. I'm sorry your struggling today. I'm getting by on my 15 minute rule...get through 15 minutes and then restart, just get what I can done in 15 minutes, I usually feel better about myself if I can accomplish something during that 15 minutes, if I don't get anything completed I just start over again and again. It helps me to not think about getting through till the end of the day, just look at 15 minutes at a time or 30 whatever works

That's the beauty of life you can restart your day at anytime. Unfortunately my depression won't let me do that but I try to remember it.

Sorry your struggling today, I really like hopeless's idea of chunking the day into 15-30 min intervals, I'm gonna try that myself on those days I just sit there doodling. I swear some days there's more artwork in front of me than anything work related. Good luck and you'll be home soon!!
Thanks for this!

Today was about a repeat of yesterday. Anxiety has been so terrible lately. I'm realizing I'm definitely not back to stability. I'm also like terrified because I have to be video recorded on Thursday too.

Agreed with my pdoc back in March or April that I'd schedule with a psychologist. Hadn't done it yet for several reasons, but I just left a message for them to schedule. Guess it doesn't hurt to put supports in place before I lose my s*** again.

Sorry its another crap day
That sounds like a good idea getting in with a pdoc. I'm waiting to see new one in Aug. Figure it can only add to the support system.

They just did. Not taking new peeps. So begins the game of everyone who takes my insurance not taking anyone new. And that's if you can find anyone that takes insurance. A game I'm sure everyone is familiar with. My pdoc is in the same building and referred, so I thought I at least had a chance.

Well I'm hiding in the bathroom again. I've got 6 people needing stuff and bombarding me with questions all day. And phones ringing. I can't do any of my work. It's so piled up. I can't take it. I just want to purposely vomit so I can fake being sick and go home.
