I had no clue that I was delusional and paranoid.
It made perfect sense that they were plotting against me and sneaking and lying to me. I saw the evidence. They could not fool me! Somehow, just before I blew my life apart, I came to my senses. LESSON: When I think others are against me, I will just let it slide... |

I was the same way, thinking people were always out to get me, coming up with so many scenarios in my mind and how I would have to react, mind racing all night. Then nothing happened, time and time again. I've always told the people I talk to about my bipolar that it's a very odd feeling having to second guess your own thoughts to see which ones are more realistic
