Just saw my PCP to get a sanity check. I wanted to make sure I am doing the right things. She said it looks like I am and no I am not crazy. She said she also wants to keep a closer eye on me so she wants to see me very two to three weeks. She was worried about me being home alone today because she knows about my suicidal thoughts and knows I have multiple plans. But I convinced her I would be ok.

Just at this moment I feel like I need people to talk to.

So if you have time can people talk to me. I feel empty and lonely right now.

I'm here and I'm glad you're getting consistent care from your PCP. sorry to hear about the sui feelings though.

She sounds very concerned and caring. I'm glad you have her for support. Maybe you can try to keep busy today. Is it nice out? Could you go for a long walk or sit out with a book? You don't need big plans, just take it one moment at a time.

I see my pdoc every 1-2 weeks
T twice a week
Now PCP every 2-4 weeks

I am happy for the support but it gets tiring trying to make all these appointments and get my hours in at work.

I am running a couple errands and going to lunch with a friend. I can't read books I don't have the focus and concentration unfortunately.
