I am a little concerned about my self.
Over the past week, I have hurt myself on a scalding chili dog the roof of my mouth still hurts! I rammed my head into the kitchen cabinet bent my glasses and have a painful area on my left temple area.
Almost ran off the road, I was distracted while driving. I have been being distracted by signs etc. for a while now.
My drinking has increased and so has my internet usage. My picking has been bad also. My rosacea flared up and I could not stop picking at it. I have been picking at my cuticles etc.I am not happy....
I really need to be careful.
Have not been to the gym, my weight is the highest it
has been IN YEARS!!!!!
I stopped practicing my banjo ukulele...it was an impulsive buy.
heavy sigh
I am not happy.

Can you try to make tomorrow a better day?
Just one day
One little day, that's all.

Sorry to hear that you have been having a rough time.

Have you thought about working out at home using Youtube videos? That's what I do and it works well for me. I especially enjoy FitnessBlender and Leslie Sansone, but there are many options out there. Even just a short workout can make a big difference in mood. Also, this takes away the pressure of having to go out to the gym, and the financial stress of a gym membership.

@scaredandconfused I love FitnessBlender! Well, I haven't used it in about a year, but it was great when I was on the exercise train.

@bizi Take it easy and watch out for yourself. One thing at a time... use your reminders on your phone if you need to. I would also suggest cutting down on alcohol. Slowly over time if its hard to cold turkey. Alcohol has a tendency to make any of us more clumsy than usual. For us bipolar folks, it's even more imperative to protect our senses. <3 I hope it gets better for you! Let us know?

I only had 3 beers last night so that was good.
I slept great last night slept in...
Going to talk to a friend this morning.
I am restarting abilify today 5mg.
I will be really careful today and try to be present...concentrate on doing my tasks safely and efficiently. I also noticed that I was being really picky with my clients feet. Looking for perfection....
anyway.
thanks for your support.

There's a trick with bubble-wrap you might like to try. You cut bubble-wrap into squares and pin one to your shirt, when you're home. Then when you feel tempted to pick at your skin, you burst a bubble instead. Really focus on the sensation of the plastic bubble bursting beneath your fingertips. Just an idea.

I finally put moisturizer on my fingers/cuticles and they look much better...only three of them have wounds.
I am done with this computer and am heading to bed....

Bizi, I don't think I have anyone blocked. I'm not sure how to check that? Maybe send me a friend request if you want to? I'm here to support you.

You have a lot on your plate. Too much. I think cutting back on the alcohol is important. If you can not make it a daily habit...I think it will help a lot. I don't know if that is your situation...I'm just speaking from my own experience. I self-medicated with alcohol in the past.

The cuticle cream is good for my fingers.....if I would just use it.
I believe we are going to a play tomorrow night downtown.
Maybe we will go with some friends.
Still picking at my face and fingers but not as bad.
Went to whole foods for trivia and dinner. Had 2 grain burgers with pepper jack cheese and balsalmic vinegrette and a side of salad with ceaser dressing.
very good and filling.
I have the weekend off. (I worked 12 days in a row)
Yippie!
