A few days ago, I was at the bottom of a deep dark pit. Today I've felt like I could take on the world. Yet I haven't been diagnosed with bipolar.
The psych asked me if I ever felt manic and I said no, as I associate mania with overactivity, delusional thinking, increased energy - which definitely doesn't apply to me... but racing thoughts and a feeling that I could deal with anything, where usually I don't feel capable of dealing with even trivial stuff - yes, and is unusual for me. Is it just a feature of normal depression, or worth mentioning to the CPN tomorrow?

I would say if you though about it enough to write a post, I would mention it.

Mention anything/everything. Let your pdoc decide what's important or not. By mentioning things, your more apt to get an accurate diagnosis.

Mention it. See if your pdoc can see it.
