But I can't have it. I'm so damn nervous all the time. I worry about stuff that will most likely never happen. It's just the way I am, probably a side effect of my BP or the meds I'm on. But I'm giving up my anxiety meds because I have someone living in my house who is a substance abuser. Half of last month's prescription went missing, and I don't dare refill it.

Just going to have to learn to live with anxiety. It's never easy, is it?

Me too. Off for a different reason, but it doesn't feel good.
