According to my sisters, my meds:
ruin my hair (not "shiny" anymore)
make my eyes too puffy
make me unhealthy, due to being lazy
"are killing" me
making me fat (even tho I was fat before my meds)
are changing my persoanality

So I'm not taking them anymore

I am also sorry you don't have a supportive family. Don't let them get in the way of your treatment. Please talk to your pdoc before going off any meds, or even get a second opinion if you are not happy with your current one.

She sounds like a blast. I love a person that gives unsolicited opinions about things they have no business in the first place making judgement on. Like Miguel's mom said, she does not live in your head. I am sorry your family member is more concerned about your physical appearance than your mental health. I suggest you be gentle to yourself and do what you need to do to keep yourself in a positive state.

Most meds have some awful side effects of stopping them to quickly, Please talk to your Pdoc as others have advised.

Have you had your Thyroid checked ? Full physical done? Often thyroid and other health problem blend in with psych stuff.

Stay safe

I'm sorry you're family isn't supporting you like they should. It can make getting and sticking to treatment really hard. My family doesn't really support me either, they just make sure I have my meds and take them. I know it's very frustrating and hurts but DON'T let them get to you. Continue your medications and your treatment plan, or at least talk to your doctor about it before you go cold-turkey off of them. You could experience horrible withdraw symptoms if you just stop so suddenly.
