So I finally made it to this place to see if I can get any kind of help. My anxiety is pretty high right now. When I first came in there were a lot of people and just feel like everyone is watching me. Not as many people now. I filled out some papers and now I'm waiting to be called. They said I can't do the assessment until tomorrow as I came in too late. I wish I had known that and I would have come earlier. I'm so anxious though. I feel like running away but I can't. I also feel wierd because no one here looks like me. Is that a wierd thing? I mean like there are some older people and some people who look like they have had a really rough life. Not trying to judge I just feel out of place. Like I don't belong.

You're doing great. It's good you are seeking help. I felt exactly the same way last week when I went to my new therapist. Hang in there. Best wishes.
Thanks for this!

Hope you can get the help you need.

I feel out of place with where I go as well, but I still have the best care. I just stick my nose in a book or on my phone until I'm called.
Thanks for this!
