I just came from my assessment. Im happy to finally be able to get help. So I'll be starting therapy next week. It's group based with individual twice a month. I am nervous about the group but I am excited to start working towards getting better. So they say that I'm bipolar 2 with social anxiety and also an adjustment disorder with anxious depressed mood. Never heard that one before. So I guess I have a lot of things that I'm dealing with at once but hopefully it gets better. Everyone here has been so great and supportive. Thank you all for everything Had my assessment today.

It's good to have a diagnosis to wrap your distress around. Best of luck as you enter treatment. Glad you're getting the help you need.
