They are impressed with me and like me. They offered me the job as site director for the school I work at.

But...while I'm honored I am not gonna take it. That's too much stress for me

I am so glad you were happy offered the position! It's a great feeling to know you're functioning well enough for you to do a good job. That said, I am super impressed that you recognize your boundaries well enough to turn it down. Nicely done.
