I hope they gave you a damn good reason for pushing it out by almost 2 months.

Is this the first time your pdoc's office has done this before?

Sorry this happened. I've only had a few of mine cancelled, but I was able to reschedule and come in within a few days, never months.
Thanks for this!

That's ridiculous. What do they propose to do in the meantime while you're waiting for 2 months? Can you have them put you on a cancellation list? Sending big hugs.
Thanks for this!

My therapist scheduled my next therapy appointment for 2 months off too. Right when I'm in the middle of crisis inducing stress. Makes no sense at all and I hardly think I have a chance in hell of getting better with 6 appointments per year. Did you tell them this was too far off? I didn't tell my T But should have. They should really be offering more therapy and less dependence on meds only but it's not as cost effective to do this so they keep with standard, cheap modes of operation. I'm
Sorry this happened to you. (((Hugs)))

Thanks for your replied you guys, I'm on s cancellation list but don't have my hopes up. I'm just coming out of s depressive episode and feel like waiting 2 months is bad right now. My old P doc left and this is an initial meeting with new P doc, she doesn't know me at all. If I get worse instead of better I'm pretty screwed right now

WOW! How irresponsible of them. Please call and call, show them you seriously NEED to be seen. If you do that, you will almost surely get in on a cancellation. Good luck!
Thanks for this!
