Yes yes. As many of you know I have been stuck in a rut of just staying in bed. I try and try and almost never succeed in getting out. My t posted this on her site and I felt it might be helpful and wanted to share:

Thanks boogie. The part about taking goals and chunking them out is a great reminder. I get so overwhelmed with things that I freeze and do nothing. I'm bad about taking those small steps, I want everything to happen at once and I'm just not capable of making that happen. Here's to small steps!!

I'm in the same boat as you.... If I could I would spend every day in bed. My motivation for life has gone and getting up is a tough job let a lone running a bath every morning. I have went from being active Monday-Friday to being active on Wednesday's and Friday's and they are because I have my worker on a Wednesday and I volunteer on a Friday morning for a few hours a week. If I didn't have my Worker I wouldn't bother at all. I just struggle a lot at the moment. My flat could do with a massive clean out, but I just can't face it at the moment. One day though!

Thanks for posting that. It was helpful and informative. I seem to get out of a rut on a regular basis and then ultimately fall back in.
