Well after iop texted few friends for something eat and unfortunately slept. How every I have desire to go to bed, even though I'm working 6a-11pm. See how I feel in four hours and good to go. Iop question what are your four

choices:
1) radical acceptance
2)
3)
4) be miserable.
Anyone know the others. What do these choices dO or how do you use them

What do you mean by iop? I only know it to mean intensive out-patient, but I doubt that's what you mean.

6AM - 11PM working isn't sustainable for anyone, much less someone with bipolar disorder. So (2) has to be sleep hygeine, and (3) has to be making your schedule realistic.

I honestly don't much like it either, I paid no attention to sleep, sometimes skipping it, sometimes sleeping late, never with a "bedtime". Felt like something a 5 yr old gets punished with. Bedtime. bah. But its not, it's integral to mental and physical health to sleep at regular times for regular durations. So now, every night I lay down somewhere around 11pm, want to, or not, movie or not, game or not, etc; and stay down for 8-9 hours. Its helped a lot I think.
