See if there is a DBSA support group near you:
Find a support Group - Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance The one I attend has people from a lot of age groups and there are a lot of people that meet with a few others before/after the meeting for coffee or whatever and these smaller groups tend to be based on similar age and/or circumstance.
