Even a BP & PTSD person (as myself) gets into difficult, depressing and stressful situations that so called "normal" people get into.

I am not sure if it is harder or easier for me to deal with the drama and trauma of real life.

One thing is for sure: No matter how far I have come, life can and will get difficult sometimes.

I am having a hard time now, but I am determined to make it through and become stronger, wiser and better than ever.

Thanks for listening

No! Thank you for posting! I couldn't agree more. Enotions are a natural part of the human condition. If I blamed every high or low on bipolar I'd be over-medicated to the gills. I appreciate your much needed perspective! Hang in there, wonderluster! I hope your depression is a passing thing.

What ever you do don't end up like me. I have given up on everything.
I just don't see the point in even trying anymore, nothing works out for me and just continue to worsen.

I hope your outlook on things works well for for you.

Yeah, I have a major issue I related to my therapist where she started out upbeat but ended with "Wow; I'm sorry." Whenever I spend time thinking about it, I get weepy regardless of whether I am up or down in the over arching mood.

Thanks for this important reminder!

Life is challenging, for all. Hopefully, such awareness will help us to be kind to one another and to ourselves.

Yep. Life is very, very hard at times. And life with a chronic illness makes things all the more challenging. But I try not to ever give up hope.

Somehow we have to find a respect for ourselves.

I find it is good to acknowledge the Hell I am in and get ANGRY!

It is foolish to be angry at others though.
They really have no clue either.

You have to be a philosopher and truth seeker.

Be a detective of reality and figure out why your life is Hell...
...and remember that you are not alone in this Hell.

Thanks for this!
