So I suffer from low self esteem. One thing I learned in a process group is start a self esteem journal. Everyday write 3 things you like about yourself or something you did in that day that you are proud of (helped an old lady carry groceries, rescuer a cat in a tree, recycling, etc). By the end of the week you have 21 things you like about yourself. In a month 90. When you are down about yourself you can look back on it.
