I have a lot of anxiety lately. I get my relieve sometimes. Other times +like when I'm singing) I am completely soothed. Sometimes my anxiety just won't let up and thoughts of doom come horrible and won't go.

Does a hot shower help ? Cardio? Can you get into more singing groups.
