I'm not looking forward to winter but i really like fall. I've had a rough summer with depression so it's pretty much sucked

I won't mind losing the yardwork that comes along with the warm months, but depression hits me hardest in the winter. I love the changing of the leaves & the crisp smell in the air when autumn comes around. November, however, kicks my butt. In Michigan, November is the cloudiest month. Add that to the fact that the trees are grey & bare, & the even the ground takes on a greyish hue & I'm done. It's the beginning of a long haul.

I agree, winter sucks. I almost always get depressed in the winter. I didn't last year because winter was pretty mild but they're calling for cold and snowy this year. Of course that's what "they" said last year and it didn't happen so we will see. I do enjoy fall though. Hoping to do some fall activities with my friend and family. My son refused to do the hayride or anything last year, I hope he will be more excited about it this year!

I've had a bad summer so I will be glad to see it go. I do hate winter because I hate being cold and my depression worsens come Jan/Feb.

My favorite seasons are spring and fall....summer and winter are painful for me as my body cannot regulate temperature like it could in my youth. I'm looking forward to the heat waves ending and more mild temperatures. Fall clothing is my favorite too....I can bust out my tall cozy boots.

Thanks for this!

I love the winter, there is nothing better than going for a walk during a raging blizzard.
The hot summer days make me irritable.
Fall is pretty nice here too.

Summer is far from over here. Today will be 111 degrees. *sigh* We won't feel fall temperatures until late October.

I'm not glad at all. It's been a good summer of moderate temps, I'll be sad to have to start wearing coats and getting snowed in driving in snow, yuk.

I like some aspects of summer but I'm glad this summer is over. Early fall/autumn is maybe my favourite time of year (it didn't used to be though )

I love summer because I get to float in the pool which is where I'm at my most peaceful but I'm so heat intolerant I wear short sleeves, capris and flip flops even when it's freezing (no joke). Having said that, I get SAD on top of my severe depression in fall/winter and it's rough. I'd have to say my favorite season is early fall/autumn though.

I wasted this summer. I wish I did stuff. Just stayed in bed for the most part.

I love fall and winter. It makes me feel cozy with all the snow around...and I LOVE Christmas time. BUT I do hate driving on icy and snowy roads.
