I work 9am-5pm during the week, sometimes 8am-7pm. I do software stuff. On weekends, I sit around watching YouTube videos and browsing the internet. I need other things to do, preferably therapeutic stuff.

Hi- I'm also on youtube but I listen to full concerts of my favorite artists & the music makes me feel better. Also I just started to do guided meditation on youtube for anxiety & chronic pain.It helps me.I haven't taken an anti anxiety med in days which is amazing for me.I also practice & play my harmonica for hrs at a time.I don't work as I had an accident yrs ago & hurt my back. Hope you can find something to do with your time.I also read a lot.

Even on my worst days, I always do the Daily Calm meditation off the calm app and one other meditation (anxiety, happiness, etc.). I have 175 sessions under my belt now and I can see the positive benefits in other areas of my life.

I don't really find electronics calming, so even though I like listening to music and watching movies, I don't find them therapeutic. I love the nature. Everyday I would go to my garden and play with my cats, staring at the blue skies during the day, let the wind blows to my hair, walking on the grass bare feet and feel them touching my skin, staring at the stars when the night comes, wondering about those galaxies far far away. I also like aromatherapy, I find that good smells help to light up my mood.

Various kinds of exercise (battle ropes, kettlebells, sledgehammer on a tire, dumbbells, maxtrainer), bright light therapy, deep breathing using a stress eraser machine at night, reiki, meditation and listen to music. Almost forgot my number one item-my dog

Since we've been busy with school, we haven't been out much. We still try to get out of the house at least 2-3 times a week, even if it's a walk around the mall.

I love to listen to music. I journal just about every day. I watch Youtube videos. I also play with my two cats. That's about it.

I find reading books to my kids to be very good for the soul.

Going to the gym is a nice outlet for me. I also enjoy listening to music and watching Netflix (love the old shows they have on there). I try to do at least one good thing for myself each day.
