Crashed.Very low right now. It's become obvious I've been hypomanic for a few months and I didn't have insight.
And here comes the self destruction.

Is there a way to prevent "the self destruction?"

I hope you feel stable soon.

Please stay safe.

I don't know. I'm already well on my way. *TRIGGER* did some minor self harm this morning and then drank even though i told myself I wouldn't.

I'm restarting therapy on the 11th.

Is there anyone you can spend time with, helping you to distract yourself from self-harm?

Have you had good luck with various types of distractions before?

Are you able to stop the drinking, in order to stay as "stable"/coherent as possible?

Are you safe now?
If not, can you call someone or go to the ER?

Please keep yourself safe.

Unfortunately I'm home alone (and really don't want to leave the house). I'm having some difficulties finding things to keep myself busy/distracted. I wont drink anymore. I think I'm safe. I'm not really suicidal right now.

Sorry you're hurting. I'm glad you are going to see your therapist

I don't have anyone to distract myself from these types of thoughts either.

i like to go out for walks, even if it means walking around my lawn. Fresh air always helps me.

Maybe even go out to the local ice cream stand and buy yourself a treat. I love treats, especially frozen ones on warm summer days. Very relaxing.
