I used to think roller coasters were fun.
This internal roller coaster I experience is .. sub optimal  Can anyone relate, or offer hugs or possibly insight? (I'm trying to do self care and am finding it very difficult..most of my usual self care strategies are unavailable or I'm allergic to them.. also allergic to meds but probably not benzos
