Greatest accomplishment?
Working on loving others and myself unconditionally.
I still have a long way to go on this.

What's the title of your favorite book?

One of my unhealthy habits?
Isolating too much.

What are two of your healthy habits?

My mom asked me not long ago when my bipolar would go away?
Q: If you had one wish, what would it be?

Not yet there is too much of the brain that no one understands yet.

Q How much money a year do you spend on your illness.

Out-of-pocket for pdoc and pharmacy copays, I usually pay in the ballpark of $1800 to $2500 per year depending what is going on. By the end of this year, probably about $2000. I do not see a T, and I have never been hospitalized. Otherwise, it'd be higher.

What has been your longest period of depression?

it's impossible to pick just 1 time.

I think that anything that gets so bad that it leads to suicide attempts is probably top of the list...

if I had to choose, when I came out of hospital 1 time for undereating.

being in the hospital was bad enough, I mean so many things happened in the space of my time their- but coming out the following march, and then realising, not just the damage you'd done to your body, and how little you had to live for, but also the recovery you had to follow, in order to get back to a healthy weight.

I must have sat around the house day after day just longing for death (not even music would cheer me up)

do you like to use perfume/ aftershave?

if so what one do you use?

No perfume or aftershave here.

How did you self medicate before you were diagnosed?

Has your Bipolar worsened with age?

Yes. I had my first psychotic episode, several years ago after Lefty left me!! lol
Kidding. It was the stress of a breakup and several days of intravenous cortisone and a trip to Europe. I freaked out.

What medicine is your favorite? Meaning works the best for you. You can only name one.

Valium is sweet honey in the rock.

Do you listen to the same song(s) thousands of times when manic?

Yes. I have a few songs I love.

Do you have substance abuse issues? If you do, elaborate.

I smoke too many big ol' doinks in the Amish.

Does your illness follow a regular, predictable waveform or is it nonlinear?
