So much happened yesterday. I finally slept some. I'm afraid of stuff my t said. He's always said he wants me out of ip but yesterday was a weird bad day. He said his goal is to keep me out but if he thinks I need to go he will put me there. He really scared me because he doesn't talk the way he said it. I felt powerless like k was a kid in trouble. I was embarassed because I had a flashback in session. Stupid. He insisted I see my pdoc that day so I did. They raised Latuda. I haven't had any more hallucinations but I suspect it's because Ive been carrying my cross and have worship music on loop in my head so Satan stopped attacking me. People don't believe me. He didn't. I could tell. My brain is kinda muddled and I'm confused some.

 So sorry you are suffering right now. Your T is worried about you. You're not a naughty kid. Having Satan worship on a loop in your head sounds like you are having delusions. I hope the increase in meds helps you
