I can actually understand this since for some people on amphetamines calm them down. I knew a guy that liked heroine because it was an upper for him. Everyone is different, but it is a huge problem that the quality of life is supposedly so high in this country that people are absolutely miserable or bored or so over simulated that they need drugs to escape the high paced digital world we are living in. All this instant gratification can be over stimulating in my opinion.
