I am down to 10mg getting ready to go down to 5mg. I feel like total crap not to mention my anxiety is through the roof and I can't sleep to save my life. I am titrating up on abilify. How long will these symptoms last? Has anyone else had a hard time coming off of an AP?

It could be days up to months. It just depends. I've had trouble coming off Zyprexa, and I only took it for a few months. I experienced strong nausea and insomnia for a couple weeks. It's slowly improving. I can't believe the horrible effects Zyprexa can have on the body.

The last time I tried to go off zyprexa I went through withdrawal. This time, I'm going slower and its going well. Still wish I was off it already.
