Checked in Monday and just got home. They took me off the Latuda and started me on serequil and raised the Lamictal. I'm not all that excited or hopeful to be honest but all I can do is give it a try. I always feel tramatized when i leave the pscy ward. Hope everyone is doing good.

Glad you got through this experience safely and am now at home. I always feel traumatised after an IP stay. Give yourself time and things will settle down. ((((HUGS))))

I will say seroquel knocked the depression out of me within four days. It was too sedating to stay on, unfortunately. I hope it helps for you. I'm sorry you're not feeling that much better.

Thanks you guys, I will give this a try and see what happens. If I gain weight I'll quit taking it i can tell you that. Dr said I wouldn't at 100 mg....we shall see. I'm down 30 lbs and need to lose another 30, gaining the weight back will just add to the depression!! Sorry if I'm being negative here. I really am happy to be back home though. Dr wanted me to stay till Friday, probably because I had a meltdown over the med situation yesterday o did talk him into letting me come home this afternoon though.

I am happy to learn you are at home.
Please be kind to yourself, giving yourself plenty of time to try meds and to recover.

Thinking of you.
