Does anyone have any information regarding how successful Naltrexone is in treating Bipolar/Alcoholism? Most of the information I've found dates back nearly two decades...anything more recent? This question was asked on another site and I'm just curious because when I was in rehab the only alcohol treatment I got was AA.
Thanks!

I've heard of this drug used to control carb cravings on diet boards is all. I think that was off label as an addiction-type of treatment. I haven't heard of anything re bipolar
Thanks for this!

I have a bottle of naltrexone that I am going to start taking in two weeks when I get back from my vacation.
TSM= the sinclair method is effectual but not regularly prescribed that way in the states. Google this and you will get info.
