Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since it happened...

I am not expecting much in replies and that is okay , This is just about the same thread I posted 8 weeks ago.

Do I feel less rage? Nope

I talked to my Pdoc a week or so back she feels that my anger and rage is acceptable based on what happened and to not "push" myself to get "over it"

Just had to unload this, again.

That was a very traumatic event.
It will take time.

Please dump this here as often as you find it helpful to do so.
