I’ve been in iop nearly a month and have been told by many I look and act better. I agree. However last night and today I wasn’t. I felt sad last night cause everyone at work has kids and are married or have a partner. I don’t have either. Then this morning I overslept and missed a work event, which I’m sure I am gonna get hell for and I also slept all day.
Awake now but feeling numb and crying. I am alone. I feel like a failure, f up, I feel I’m gonna be alone by New Years and I am going to be sure weak to resist an urge. My birthday (New Years day) is filled with so much loneliness and pain. I don’t want to be alone

I don’t want to be alone for my bday. Enough pain is enough. Even if others would say get over it, I’ve been alone too long and can’t take it.

Take it easy. Inhale for four, hold for four, exhale for four and hold for four. Do this several times. Do you know what brought this on? I know it's not the same but we'll be here for your birthday. You won't be alone. If it looks like you'll be alone, can you plan something special for yourself away from the house?

I don’t know. All I wish is to have a gf and maybe one people over. I just took a klonopin. Well 2 to equal one mg. Pdoc didn’t know I was on it before and gave me .5

No. My best friend is in Florida and is going on a cruise. My other best friend is a bar manager and working.
