I came up with this after seeing 4 hugs on 1 of my posts and it made me smile.
let's all post, 1 by 1, the benefits of a hug- make a list so. a hug can make you feel loved |

My daughter unexpectantly gave me a hug several days ago. I burst out saying "OMG I love you so much!". This hug made me feel really good compaired to how miserable I had been feeling. It was the right medicine for me. So I will say that a hug is medicine for the heart.

My Husband and Daughter give Great Hugs !
I do also enjoy getting them here on PC, Sometimes it nice to feel validated and someone took the time to read my post or a response to someone else. We all need some love.
