Got my Vitamin D levels back and they were 65. The test said 72 was the cutoff point so no toxicity. Still slowly getting better. Vision is back to where it should be, the random eye pain stopped, my brain doesn't feel as foggy, pain is getting better, allergies are going away.

Mood is wonky as hell though and still fatigued like crazy. Also having withdrawal symptoms at night like how it was when I came off Effexor.

Weird man.

I had a talk with my husband too last night about when i'm having an episode to not yell at me but remind me to do my coping skills. It would be more beneficial for both of us.
