Thanks , it's just not my thing. I tried it and it did help my pain a bit but I hate the fog I drift into.

I know we haven't talked about it but it's because I'm being self centered with my issues right now. I'm sorry. Hoping my mind calms down soon and I'll be a better friend.

Feel better

Your not self centered , you know I just can't be real verbal about it now or maybe never, I dunno.

9 weeks and it's like it was yesterday.

I know. I just also don't wanna trigger you or make it worse by asking. Sometimes
I assume when you wanna talk about it or if you feel ready to that you know in here. Im always here. Til then I try to give you space. I can't imagine how you feel. I know
It bugged me and I didn't even have the relationship You did. Maybe if you relocate back near me-you will be able To heal a bit. Being away from the reminders. That's my
Hope anyway

I've had the angry mania a couple times, although mine always turned inward. I am relieved to see your dude knows it's time to bail. That's probably best. Do you have worse mania when there's a full moon? I know I do. It's recently been full moon around here, but I didn't know it until after mine had started to subside. Your pain levels must be excruciating to resort to that med. It left me hurting days after I took it as my body recovered from it.

What do you mean “ dude it’s time to bail?” What dude ? What med are you talking about ? Thorazine ? It’s not a horrible med, it’s been helpful in the past.

To be quite honest I really don’t understand your reply / replies to my thread(s)

I don’t really expect people to read my thread from start to finish, but I just don’t “get you”

My angry mania is for a SITUATIONAL thing , did you miss that little bit ?

Your dude is your husband. He knows to get out while you're angry manic.
The med is thorazine. It just feels horrid to me.
I'm sorry I'm so difficult to understand. My own mania plus ADHD are making me lose track of everything lately, especially conversations. I'll attempt to be more clear

Oh hell no... why would you even say that? In a bipolar forum? Where we all struggle with relationships and meds, good or bad. Yea I’m confused too wtf.
Thanks for this!
