I have been taking all medications as prescribed, including seroquel and remeron which are my go tos for depression. But yesterday it hit, and hard. I cant get out of bed, cant focus, nightmares, etc. I feel as though my world is falling apart. I dont know quite what to do, but hopefully the remeron and seroquel give me relief soon. Today is supposed to be such a happy day. (Im getting a kitten.) But its not. Its like it comes in waves, mild depression one hour, moderate depression the next hour, and then wham, severe depression. This too shall pass

Yes, "this too will pass." Hang in there! Maybe you need to tell your doc if it doesn't pass soon--perhaps a med adjustment is needed.
