Between the stress at home and lack of sleep I feel very sped up. Racing thoughts, and almost like a constant adrenaline rush. I have no euphoria, no irritability. Can you be hypo without the emotional side of it?

I had expansive hypomania not all that long ago. I was neither euphoric nor irritable. But I wanted to tell everybody everything. Total open book; it was like truth serum. You do not want to have an episode like that if you know where any bodies are buried...

See how you feel over the next few days. I have poor memory anyway, and when I’m hypomanic, I don’t think I’m irritable until someone points it out to me.
