Ok I’m feeling worse. This I’ll ess has taken so much from me. My body use to be that of a fighter\wrestler. Now it’s just flab. I miss kicking the pads, throwing combos at the mitts, commadrie with fellow practictoners, bench8ng 300 lbs, running, I miss it all. I am so anxious/afraid/ashamed. I can’t get a consistent schedule going and I’m so fat.
I feel I’m going to be alone for the holidays. No girlfriend and it hurts. It has hurt so much the past five years sitting in my house alone. Crying and it’s my birthday. New Year’s Day. That’s my birthday and I’m home crying for the past five years. Why did all this get taken away.

Took an ambien an hour ago and can’t sleep. I’m so fn upset.

I thought I did so well last week. Wrote a letter and read it 8n class to the girl that ****ed up my future. Now feeling little resentment.
Is this body image next to tackle. I hate being fat and ugly and unattractive.

Careful taking the ambien and benzo both are depressants, so might explain a bit of your distress.
You had a great week of IOP , you will have good and bad days it's just part of the process. You can do this. Get out and take a walk, that part should help with your mood. Have you had your thyroid checked recently ?

I did and it was fine. Funny doc asked same. I poured out my emotions I was having last night and got some good support and feedback. Even got a weight loss drug.

Don’t know why but feel depressed about the weight loss drug. Pharmacy said doc has to talk to insurance.
