So my husband is leaving tomorrow instead of Saturday. Breathe. It'll be ok. It's got to be. Using all the stuff I've been learning in DBT so the level of panic isn't 100 it's about 40-45.
May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I be safe. May I live my life in ease. Mindfulness isn't so fun but it helps. I should probably look up some recipes for distraction but I think I'll stick with the mindfulness now. Let's hope for the best.
